Whatever your body is craving, there is a class for you.  All classes are included in your membership, and all classes (except for Stronger) are appropriate for all levels from absolute beginner to advanced. If you are recovering from injury, trying a class for the very first time, or have specific goals, please let your instructor know. She will guide you through everything you need.

Pilates

Reformer

A feel-good full-body workout that helps you build strength, improve posture and move with confidence using the Pilates Reformer. Expect flowing movements, supportive coaching and that satisfying feeling of working hard while still being kind to your body. Suitable for all fitness levels, with plenty of options to work at your own pace.

Jumpboard

Get your heart rate up without the impact of traditional cardio. Jumpboard Reformer combines the strength-building benefits of Pilates with fun, energising jump sequences that are gentle on your joints. Expect great music, lots of movement and a workout that leaves you feeling strong, energised and accomplished.

Mat Pilates

A fun, low-impact full-body workout designed to help you feel stronger, more toned and more connected to your body. Using controlled, simple movements on the mat, you’ll build core strength, improve posture and leave feeling worked (in the best way) without ever feeling overwhelmed. This class moves at a steady, supportive pace with plenty of options for all levels, so you can always work at your own ability. No experience needed – just come as you are and enjoy moving your body in a way that feels good.

Barre

Barre is a fun, low-impact workout that strengthens and tones your entire body using simple movements and high repetitions. Expect to feel the burn in your glutes, legs and core while moving at your own pace in a supportive and welcoming environment. No dance experience, coordination or flexibility required – just come along and enjoy a great workout.

Small Group Personal Training

Strength

Build strength, confidence and resilience in a supportive and encouraging environment. This full-body workout focuses on simple, effective exercises to help you feel stronger in everyday life. You will be coached through each movement, and supported to work to your level. This class is also perfect to improve your posture and increase bone density. Every strength class is run by our expert trainers who will assist your technique and have you moving at your best. If you are completely new to exercise, this is the class we recommend to start. There are plenty of options to challenge yourself or take things at your own pace. It feels amazing to feel strong.

Stronger (Advanced Strength)

Ready to take your strength training to the next level? Stronger is designed for members who already have a solid understanding of lifting technique and want to build confidence with heavier weights. You’ll move at a slower pace, allowing time to focus on great technique, controlled movements and progressive overload. We repeat key lifts each week so you can track your progress, celebrate your improvements and become stronger over time. This class is the perfect complement to our regular Strength classes and is ideal if you’re ready to challenge yourself and take your lifting further.

Please note: Stronger is recommended for members who already have experience with fundamental lifting movements and good exercise technique. If you’re new to strength training, we recommend starting with our Strength classes first.

Circuit

If you want a class that does it all, this is the one.  Circuit is a fun, full-body workout that blends strength and cardio in a way that keeps things moving, varied and interesting. You’ll work through different stations designed to build strength, improve fitness and challenge your body — all with plenty of guidance and options so you can go at your own pace.  Yes, your heart rate will go up, but it’s all broken into manageable sets so it feels achievable, not overwhelming. You’ll be supported the whole way by your instructor, with lots of encouragement and help with technique so you always feel confident in what you’re doing. You’ll leave feeling strong, energised and like you’ve done something really good for your body (and your mind).

Punch Party (Boxing Fitness)

Punch Party combines boxing, fitness, great music and plenty of laughs in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll learn boxing skills, hit the bags and pads, get your heart rate up and leave feeling stronger, more energised and ready to take on the week.  For many of our members, this class has become their favourite workout because it doesn’t feel like exercise. It’s the perfect way to relieve stress, boost your mood and enjoy a challenging workout while having fun with an amazing group of women.  No experience needed, and all equipment is supplied.  Just a welcoming class where you can learn new skills, move your body and feel great.

20 Second Fitness

If your goal is to sleep better at night, and have more energy during the day, then this is the class for you.  We work for short bursts (only 20 seconds!) of whole body exercises, with rests in between.  Science has shown this is one of the most efficient ways to increase your heart fitness. Plus it is heaps of fun! Join us to feel great and see results instantaneously, as well as long term.

Rebounding (Mini-Trampoline)

A fun, feel-good cardio workout done on mini trampolines that will have you smiling while you sweat. Rebounding is a low-impact, high-energy class that boosts your fitness, improves circulation and helps you build strength and endurance — all while feeling light, bouncy and playful. Expect energising music, simple guided movements and a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout. You’ll move at your own pace in a supportive environment, making it perfect for all fitness levels. It’s the kind of class where you’ll leave feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your mind and surprised at how much fun cardio can actually be.

Dance

Belly Dance

One of the most joyful ways to move your body. Learn fun belly dance combinations, improve coordination and build confidence while enjoying great music and a supportive community of women. No experience required.

Throwback Dance Party

Party like its 1990…. Relive the energy and fun of the 90s, with Stacey’s Throwback Dance Party. Think iconic dance moves and choreographies to your favourite songs. The class will be beginner-intermediate level with modifications given. Bring a sense of fun and love of the best musical decade – the 90s.

Recovery

Yin Yoga

Building up with a deep surrender into Yin yoga poses, deepening into your body. You’ll leave feeling balanced and relaxed – perfect for a good nights’ sleep.

Stretch and Release

In this luscious self-massage class, you will use foam rollers, balls and straps to release tension throughout the whole body. Not only will you feel good straight afterwards, but long term this class will help to prevent injury, cleanse the lymphatic system, improve your posture and keep you moving to your maximum – essential for if you intensely exercise, or sit for long periods.
