Hi, I’m Tatiana. I first discovered Pilates as a form of rehabilitation after receiving a series of long-term injuries from my previous career in winemaking. I experienced immediate change and fell in love. For me, Pilates is movement in meditation and a joyful exploration of the self. In my classes, I invite you to challenge your perception of your own limitations and to rediscover the gift of your body.
Outside of Pilates, I’m an intuitive healer and a lifelong student. Other forms of movement I enjoy include Cuban Salsa, Qigong and Taichi.
